1.  Book a reservation here online or call 833-877-2326 (833-VFR-2FBO).  You will receive a confirmation email and/or text including a 24/7 key box code as well as a rental inspection e-form.
2. Land and proceed inside the FBO during business hours or directly to the 24/7 key box if after hours.
3. Collect your rental keys, inspect the vehicle, and proceed with your trip.
4. When you return, drop off the keys inside the FBO during business hours or at the 24/7 key box after hours.
5. Reservations, payments, receipts, and rental contracts are handled by e-sign documentation.

No.  FBO Drive is designed to make car rental available at underserved and often rural airports.  Our priority is to promote flight safety and cater to the owners, pilots, and passengers of private aircraft.

 

You will be renting directly from FBO Drive and often using our 24/7 self-service process.  Our partnerships with local FBOs are each unique and the FBO’s involvement will vary from airport to airport.  During business hours most FBOs will be helpful with your rental.  Some rural FBOs may not be staffed at all and/or have abbreviated hours.
