Credit and Debit Card Charge/s Authorization

I authorize Red Rooster Rental dba FBO Drive to charge the credit/debit card that I have provided either in person, during online reservation, online via weblink provided to me by email, or that I have provided over the phone for the charges outlined on my signed rental agreement/s and terms of service document/s as well as is found in the terms of service at www.FBOdrive.com.  I request that Red Rooster Rental dba FBO Drive retain my card information until all my open reservations and/or rentals are closed per the rental agreement/s AND I provide written notice otherwise.  I have provided personal information to confirm my identity during this process including but not limited to my Driver’s License Information, Insurance Information, and personal contact information.  I consent to electronic and other forms of communication including but not limited to email, text, and phone calls.

I authorize Red Rooster Rental dba FBO Drive to charge my debit or credit card for a deposit not to exceed two hundred dollars, to secure my rental reservation at the time of reservation with the understanding that I may have not yet signed the rental agreement/s.  I understand that this deposit is refundable until I sign my rental agreement/s.  If for any reason the rental agreement is not presented to me, and/or signed immediately when presented to me, I hold harmless Red Rooster Rental dba FBO Drive for any loss or damages.  I understand that my deposit will be refunded, and my reservation will be cancelled until I reschedule.  I fully understand that FBO Drive focuses on providing rental cars to remote or underserved airports and that deposits are an inherent necessity. 

The act of creating an online reservation is my authorization to charge the card I have provided for the required deposit to reserve my rental.

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms
and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you
are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree
with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The
